Only purchases made from Buy247 are eligible for return. If you’ve purchased your Buy247 products from other retailers, please contact them for any returns or exchanges.

Any shipping charges associated with returned products are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Buy247. All refunds for items returned to Buy247 offices will be processed upon receipt of the product to our offices. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during return shipping.

How to Return or Exchange

Contact us and state your order number, which items you wish to return and the reason for the return (we welcome any feedback to make our products better). We will then contact you with the proper instructions. If you do not contact us before returning your items, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.

Complaint Policy

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged items, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your wish.
